Loren and I spent half an hour at 295 doing asana.
I didn't get around to doing the full primary session I had planned Friday, was at work kinda late getting some odds and ends in order. And Saturday moon day, so did week's first postures today.
This immeadiately following 21 minutes on the rollers. Did the usual 3 minute interval training. 3 minutes brisk (~70%) followed by 3 minutes hard (~90%).
