Baby Steps

Last week I had a breakthrough in waking early, all weeek I got myself to work before 06:40. In a way, it feels like I am returning to myself.

This week I plan to train to actually get up with the alarm. I had gotten to the point to be able to do this regularly before my trip to India, and yet this aptitude still remains elusive.

If it goes well, I will add simple forward bends, as a step to reclaiming my morning practice.

Stil sitting in the evenings, preceeded by a couple of surya namaskar and sirsasana. The plan for the evenings is to resume doing closing sequence before sitting.
