PM Seems to be Good

For asana practice.
I think I can maintain at least the same level of practice, and my early morning departure if I continue to practice in the afternoon/evening. In fact if I focus on a more inward schedule during the week (no late dinners out etc.) I can probably quite easily increase the asana activity.

It's interesting to begin, and end the day with seated meditation. Psychologically the two sessions seem very close together...like minutes apart...
