Sitting

New routine...
15 minutes at night on block.
10 minutes in the morning on bloster (the one Loren got me for christmas).

Though it's not really sitting, in the am I've added 10 minutes draped over the bolster for some gentle spine softening. Perhaps I might gain some benefit from the stimulation of a backbend in the morning (it might keep me from needing to slide back off to sleep).
