2 & 2

A's and B's...right after waking.
Going to make this my regular practice and stick to it.
It's amazing how much sweat I can produce with such a simple practice.

Still not waking with alarm...will try to accept that I may need much more sleep than I had been getting.
Will try to tuck in early and get up late for a while...see how my energy levels change.
