Looks like my forward bends are going to get a bit deeper...
Between adjustments in, either padangus-and pada hastha, paschimatan, and uttitha hasta padang they're going to have little choice.
Might even make what they call progress in the side facing uttitha hasta padang. Also looks like my funny floppy tiriang MPP might loose it's flop in a week or 2.
So far I'm pretty happy with the entire yoga-hotel-commute arrangment. Let's hope I've got the stamina to do another 5 weeks or so like this.
