Asana

Last Thursday was Gilles, Christine and myself. We practiced to Janu B, back bends, and final three. Home-made guacamole, and Maya corn chips, home-made chili/refried bean, and spicy salsa, a couple fo Sleeman Original Creme ales... a true meeting of the GAS indeed!

Colin has asked if we could do 2 nights a week... we'll see...

Christine has toyed with the idea of doing a GAS blog. It's been just idle chat for now... though she's just bought a digital camera... perhaps some GAS photos will end up on flickr?? We'll see...

Skipped my usual sun sals last night... did some prep for prasarita padotanasana with the ball, and some uttitha hastha prep with the ledge.
