Not Sure if it's Finished

Bound

October geese sing southward
Across the night sky
Responding to a call from another home, far off

A ritual established centuries ago
Such immense group effort

Stragglers, barely moments behind
Unlike the masses just past, their song so clear
Personal, quiet and lonely

One, perhaps two birds
Scant separation from the flock
A risk of being off-course forever

Immense beauty
