First Thursday night in 7 months that Christine has joined us. She's just back from Costa Rica, and she more fluent in Spanish than she is in French!!! Way to go girl...
Small group, Boys from Bangalore out with managers and Aashish before he leaves, Gilles had baby-sitting duties, and Charles is getting ready to vacation shortly and needs to put in quality time at home...
Christine baked a pie!! D e l i c i o u s... We had the apple pie with some of the aged jalapino cheddar Colin brought... wow...
I showed off my flavour shakers, Colin brought wonderful bread and cheese, and we had the rice and bean salad I forgot to serve. And dill salmon and a green salad with black olives and feta...
Also finished off the 16year Lag that Colin and Hannah gifted me... last Christmas?? very nice smokiness at the end of the evening.
Zen had been digging for about 20m minutes at the skunk hole at the back of the house... that was close...
Loren looked good... it's been a couple of very tough weeks for her (and by extension for me as well). It's not been an easy time of late...
I hope that the Smart dealer comes good on their claim to enable me to take posession by the 21st... that'll make things much easier... In any case the cleaned up Ion goes back tomorrow, it was my last commute with it today... very happy it's last legs with me brought me to 295 for a Thursday yoga session...
Still able to do final 4 poses in padmasan... hips are moving... also seems to enabling me to keep my back foot from lifting when I step forward in virabadrhasan (sp??)
That's the observable new and changing part of my practice.
Am I going to write a book?
