"your intuitions are sound old friend. my good friend and colluague david lost his wife to cancer this weekend which was not entirely unexpected; Sher and david ran the company together which has been losing money and going down the proverbial tubes for a while;
So my future (at that job) is most uncertain; We're dealling with a tragic loss and facing some big chnages; Part of the reason I took the trip solo was to remind myself that I have certain strengths and problem solving skills that we sometimes forget we have if not forced to use them.
