Labour day weekend is coming to a close (Sunday night time of writing)...
Probably would not be an exaggeration to say I slept more than half of it. I needed rest...
It really felt like time away from work, a mini vacation. It's the first weekend in a while where I won't have to be in class the following work day. The 2 week assignment with the Chinese is over, and the week before that was Helsinki. Quite a stretch it's been...
This week I'll get the expenses claim done, make a dentist appointment (my lower-left wisdom tooth broke 2 days before Helsinki), maybe an appointment with Sophia, or Susan. 2 new therapists I've been trying to see. Oh yeah and Henri tomorrow night. I've got to get on top of the upcomming Italy assignment, and follow up with Gilles on his last week in the production department participating on a working training session with our production department and a client.
No shortage of work or things to get done... which reminds me I forgot to put the fireplace chimney collar back in place. Which is yet another good reminder to find my school tax documents, I may be late on a payment... and that the gutters at 295 are in need of flushing...

Open-faced sandwiches and a fruit-bowl for dinner tonight. Sandwiches were tomato, and the fruit was peach/nectarine/blackberries (with a little creme and brown sugar).
Am considering starting the Victoria Bridge photo-assignment again...
Drew and Gilles both may be about to call in long-standing open invites
They still have not produced the missing set of drawers at work. Most of the stuff from my previous workstation is still in boxes under my new desk, makes it really difficult to get settled. I may go through it and toss much of what won't fit...
Friends I haven't seen in a long while: Glen, Ian, Lynne, Joe, Roderick, Marc-Antoine and Andie, Mathew, Pop.
Things I've noticed in my asanas; urdvha danurasana is feeling a bit more open and possible. Though I'm still doing it likea total beginner...
Lowering down to chatuanga feels much more gentle
I really should write my best-seller novel and get rich so that I can travel etc...
Exactly how is it that we are connected to everything around us? Inexorably...
