Getting Some Repetition

295 tonight it was me and Gilles...
We're officially gathering on Wednesdays instead of Thursdays.
Colin was busy at the shop... and he hasn't even started (accepted) the 50,000 vase order... Christine still doing Spanish lessons... Charles still travelling the world...

Gilles brought black-bean Mexican rolls, and I did grilled Halibut, we had some Organic blue corn chips and some Mrs. Renfro's habanero salsa...
One of the first nights with no cheese... light in a way...
Nice chat about work love and relationships...

Last week (Gilles Colin and me) we played desert island 5... I've been meaning to post the results... the record of the results are lost on my desk at work... Gilles and I passed on the opportunity to replay until Colin was back, so perhaps next week...

Tonight Gilles and I did 5 and 5, followed by the first 6 standing poses, then rest...
Only we did 6 reps with the first pose and worked our way down to one rep. Padangusthasana 6 times, padahasthasana 5 times, trikonasana 4 times etc...
Quite exhausting... nice relaxation... the more you apply yourself to asana, the better the refreshments taste afterwards :-)

Recent evening practice has bee typically 3 and 3 and the final poses (padmasana not hapenning since Helsinki in August... going to try to add 1 and 3 to a morning practice and perhaps 10 minute sit... we'll see...
