Two years to the day (give or take)
I spent a lovely 2.5 hours with God's travel agent over the weekend ironing out all the problems i was facing with my plans for the round the world trip. I lucked out and bagged the assistant manager at the flight centre and not only did she manage to find me all my stop overs and routing request but did it at half the price of the first travel agent I went into. So in short, here's the latest plans...
October 12 Fly to Australia via Dubai
Oz for 3 weeks
Fly to Nelson (John Scott), New Zealand via Auckland
Kiwi land for 4 weeks
Fly back to Dubai direct from Auckland.
4 days with the Northern Light in Dubai (if she's there)
11th December Fly to Bangalore (1 year 363 days since I last arrived in Mysore)
1 month in Mysore with Guruji and co (yippee)
Jan 11 fly to Miami (David Kiel) for a week
Fly to Cancun (Tim Miller) for a week
Fly back to Miami for several weeks
Visit friends in Charlotte
Home after Easter to take stock of finances and see where I can go next.
Jeez. I had to fork out a lot of money on Saturday for this but it's gonna be real worth it. Gonna see some of this planet before I pop my clogs and hopefully run into some interesting people.
