Woke Up This Morning, Year 2

Life's been pretty good of late so I've no grounds to complain. Oh, apart from the fact that my knees hurt. Here's what I woke up this morning with.

- a 3 year Ashtanga primary series which realistically speaking I should be stopped at Mari D as I cant bind (either side), though I've been going through to Kurmasana and Supta Kurmasana to help open up my hips.

- 2 mysore practice group classes on a Friday evening and a Sunday afternoon. Current attendance size at each - 2 (oh well)

- a $3000 round the world ticket taking in Majorca, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, India, America and Mexico (so far) and only 19 working days left (yippee)

- a hot 'date' for the UK's best live performer this Saturday, Mr Robbie Williams

- 2 great teachers who continue to give me support 1 year after graduating from their teacher training school. They're even letting me help them out at the Yoga Show in a couple of weeks!

- friendship of some great people, both in the real world and online too.

- a blog that's one year old today!!!! Which means I get to put "On this day" on my template if I can only work out how to get it to work.....

Ok, so my backbends aren't as good as Tiffs, but I've not got a lot to moan about, have I?
