So my first born is 6 today. It feels weird.
He asked me yesterday and this morning if I had asked my yoga teacher yet for a Hanuman chant.... when I went to teach last night, my teacher was not there.....so I am now passing that on to anyone out there....
Huxley would like a Hanuman Chant.......
If you know one (a short one :)) , leave in the comments section with some pronounciation tips if possible!
I have this overwhleming feeling that I am waiting.....it is not to be confused with patience, because it is far from that...it is like urgent waiting...maybe indecisiveness, or something more like that, not sure. But, It is not clear to me what this waiting is all about. It is not hot or cold, here or there...it just is, like this umbrella above me....
If I could turn waiting into patience I might just have something....
