WheeW! Finally a good practice again! When I stand in Tadasana, my feet have never been together without my knees overlapping. My left leg especially is not straight, it acutally angles out slightly at the knee. A teacher about three month ago told me bring my feet together and they will straighten out. Well I tried that and it went well for a few months. My leg has straightened out. I think I was just over rotating my left thigh inwards, and caused some minor injury doing so. My practice today I kept my feet six inces apart, and felt good throughout. A little soreness through the day but feeling much better. Will wait a while until I put my feet back together. I didn't realize it fully, intill I sat here and wrote it down. I've heard that teaching yoga helps your practice, and you might say that writing about your practice helps your practice. Word Up!
